We want you to love your Zuahaza purchase. All of the products we sell through our online store have met our quality and cleanliness standards. Please note that because our products are made by hand there are minor imperfections which we consider part of their natural beauty. If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied with the product, notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. We will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund. After 14 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.

After contacting us about a return, you should mail your product to: Zuahaza 1118 1st St W Lower Level Conover, NC 28613 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
